Build ceres, beam and seaDAS from source

Just a list of some issues

beam-core
fails tests if there is a space in the class path

beam-gpf 
can't find tools.jar, not in the expected location.
pom.xml or MacOSX profile wrong
I don't have java 1.7.0 installed
